It allows your R18 or R18 Classic handlebars to be 10cm higher and 2.5cm closer to you while riding.

The original clamping can be used with this part. This Roland Sands Design 4″ 2-Tone-Black handlebar riser only fits standard handlebars and Apehanger 6.5″ handlebars of the R18 and R18 Classic.
